  I just talked to Lyn from the Algester Post Office to request her to trace a parcel which I would have received around August. Lyn's customer service was par excellence! She took pains to find out what exactly I was looking for (her patience was remarkable!). Considering that the tracking numbers were written hastily and hence not legible, Lyn managed to find out ways and means to track this parcel. She exhibited immense kindness in ensuring that my concerns were met. Thank you Lyn!

  Best LPO customer service, they're always very polite and I visit at least 3 times a week! I have found whatever time I go it's not busy and even if it is you don't wait long. Parking at the front door is fantastic, gives me more time to run my business.

  Horrible customer service, they don't care about you at all. Move your leg and find another post office. Could be the worst post office I've ever experienced. Plus their posting parcel pick up time cut off at 3PM

  Avoid at all cost!
  Definitely the worst post office you'll find in Queensland.
  They couldn't even find my parcel and told me to come back tomorrow.
  It actually took them 40 minutes find my parcel, and refused to hand it over since I didn't bring the parcel notice card. The thing is I didn't even get that card from the first place.
  As soon as they felt that I was going to be a problem, the old lady suddenly became extremely aggressive (probably due to her experience with other negative review writers) and started to shout at me.
  I asked them about other identification options that I can use to receive my parcel but she really did not care and kept shouting and ignored my question.
  I remind you, I did not say anything offensive or inappropriate to be shouted at.
  In the end, I had to call a family member who was 20 minutes away from the place to bring our house contract papers to get my parcel.

  The lady here was the rudest I have seen in post offices in this area. She did not listen and read the instructions carefully when we asked for identification verification for a supplementary card. She was the worst and said that we took too much time and we are wasting her time; this is something that will take a while and she PURPOSELY typed in the incorrect details and told us to leave because our verification was invalid (yes a Medicare card and an updated passport is totally “invalid”). Worst place possible with that illiterate old lady. I will never go there again. I will not even give this 1 star, but ZERO stars for this horrible customer service.
